Want to learn about volunteer opportunities?

 

ALL volunteers must be OCPS ADDitions Approved.  Please visit the Lake Como School Additions Page, click the blue "Sign Up" button, and follow the prompts to register.

Once approved, volunteer opportunities will be emailed out and communicated via social media throughout the school year. We utilize Sign Up Genius for volunteers to sign up for specific opportunities and time slots.

Additions Volunteer Renewal/Registration Instructions

 

We use Sign Up Genius to allow volunteers to sign up for specific opportunities and time slots. Volunteer opportunities are sent by email to our approved volunteer list throughout the school year. Typical volunteer opportunities include: school and PTSA- sponsored teacher support and appreciation events, like luncheons, decorating doors and hallways, and copy room helpers; all-school events and activities, like celebrations, assemblies, and field days; and general school tasks like crosswalk guards, carline helpers and lunchroom helpers. We also coordinate volunteers for special events like
our Fall Festival, Spring Dance, Family Night and more!
